Best gym in Naples. Great environment if your looking to have a lifestyle change and want to exercise. The staff is always super friendly, and they do a great job keeping the place very clean.

Nancy’s Boom class is working for me big time! I find her exercise routines to be very effective and fun. She does a new sequence each month so it’s never boring. She’ll check and correct my form so I get the greatest benefit out of each workout. She’s always positive & upbeat. She inspires me to do my best while encouraging me to go at my own pace. One of very best trainers I’ve ever had.

I had a fantastic experience at this gym. The workout equipment was top-notch, providing a diverse range of options. The atmosphere was energizing, making each session enjoyable. Highly recommend Athletica!

OMG! Had the vanilla Peanut Butter Banana protein shake and it was delicious. I’m picky about my shakes- I like to make my own but today I decided to try one at athletica and I was super impressed!!! Worth the money!!!

Very clean, aesthetic gym. First time trying out the Burnout workout of the day and it was brutal. I would recommend others to try it out

First time at this gym, the front desk lady was SO rude! I told her I was new and never been at Athletica so I wanted to try the 3 day trial. She said okay and I looked at her and said “sooooo where is the locker room” she just explained over there to the right. ZERO help as to where anything is or even a tour. As a fitness instructor this gym needs better staff. I would loved to have worked there with the group fitness but the staff experience with her made me never want to come again!!!

Nice facility with a supervised children's play area. Decent machines and weight selection. Clean environment and sports a smoothie bar. Unfortunately everything good about this gym is ruined by the "teenie boppers" that literally run around the gym, like toddlers who can't control themselves. Playing grabass in group settings, doing handstands and being overall selfishly disruptive while blocking others from using the machines they're playing with, every time I go, was enough for me to stay away from this gym.
